Jon M. Babineau
Jon M. Babineau was born in Bethesda, Maryland to a U.S. Navy family in 1961. Mr. Babineau graduated from Old Dominion University in 1983 and was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1987.
He has developed an active practice in the areas of criminal and white collar defense, civil litigation, personal injury and condemnation.
Jon is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
Fluent in Italian, Mr. Babineau is an active member of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association and the American Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
