Appointments / Office Hours

With the exception of holidays, our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our attorneys will meet with you at a time which fits your schedule and circumstances. Fees

Our fees usually fall into one of three categories:
• services provided at our current hourly rate
• services provided for a flat rate
• services provided on a contingent fee basis

Fees for most services are based on the time spent and are billed at our current hourly rate. Services, which we provide regularly or which are limited in scope, may be billed at a predetermined rate. Representation in personal injury, medical negligence or professional negligence matters are normally based upon a contingent fee. In such cases our fee will be based upon a percentage of the recovery for our client, and no fee is charged if there is no money recovery.
